Buddhist Kum Nye Yoga is a gentle healing system, which relieves stress, transforms negative patterns, and helps us to be balanced and healthy, via gentle asana, breath work, meditation and self massage.
This form of Kum Nye was brought to the west by The Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku. “In mastering Kum Nye, we establish a foundation of joy that can sustain us through out our lives. We learn what it means to be complete in ourselves: We discover what it means to be.” – from Joy of Being, by Tarthang Tulku.
