All of my classes below can be taught at festivals, I am happy to travel anywhere in the world to teach, my desire and joy for travelling and teaching out wieghs everything else 😉
Festival Yoga
Festival yoga classes are very relaxed, and have an element of workshop about them. Festival goers may not need such an avid work out, if dancing for days already, so many of my practices are relaxing and revitalising, and are perfect for that morning after or to refresh before the days dancing commences.
Soma Yoga
Soma Yoga is a combination of Healing Practices and Yoga.
Incorporating different styles of Yoga, Ayurveda, Shamanic Practices, Nidra, Meditation, Mantra, Astrology, Numerology, Massage and lots more.

The 5 Tibetans
The Five Tibetans are a form of Tibetan Yoga.
I teach it as part of one of my Soma Classes, as a seprate practice on its own and also as a 6 or 12 week course.
The 5 Tibetans supports and promotes healing, flexibilty, strengthening, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness. Accomplished with breath work, asana, rest, and works with all of the chakras and the 5 elements.
The 5 Tibetans is a special healing practice and is suitable for eveyone.
Pre Buddhist Kum Nye
Kum Nye is another form of Tibetan Yoga. I teach both the Pre Buddhist Kum Nye and elements of the later Buddhist Kum Nye.
Kum Nye – The Pre-Buddhist is a series of eight positions, or moves which stimulate and revitalize the organs, relieve tension and increase energy.
Buddhist Kum Nye Yoga
Buddhist Kum Nye yoga is a gentle healing system, which relieves stress, transforms negative patterns, and helps us to be balanced and healthy, via gentle asana, breath work, meditation and self massage.
This form of Kum Nye was brought to the west by The Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku.

Tsa Lung Tibetan Yoga
Tibetan Yoga of Breath and Movement
From the mountains of Tibet, we receive a movement practice that establishes a fundamental balance in body and mind.
This set of five exercises focuses on nurturing the spine and balancing the calming and active energies.
The movements effectively massage the spine, thereby releasing blocks and encouraging the flow of energy. The result is more relaxation, centeredness and vitality.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009).
This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.
The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Moon Salutation (Chandra Namaskar)
The practice of Moon Salutation (Chandra Namaskar) is a reflection of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), just as the moon has no light of its own but reflects the light of the sun. The sequence of asanas is the same as Surya Namaskar except that Ardha Chandrasana is performed after Ashwa Sanchalanasana.
Chandra Namaskara is considered more yin in nature than the intrinsically yang Surya Namaskara. As such, Chandra Namaskara is a more cooling, meditative sequence of postures, which is ideally to be practiced in the evening. These postures can also be used in the same practice as Surya Namaskara in order to balance their dynamic energy.
Chandra Namaskara is known as Moon Salutation in English.
