The 5 Tibetans are a form of Tibetan Yoga.
I teach it as part of my Soma Classes, as a separate practice on its own and also as a 6 or 12 week course.
The 5 Tibetans supports and promotes healing, flexibility, strengthening, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness. Accomplished with breath work, asana, rest, and works with all of the chakras and the 5 elements.
The 5 Tibetans is a special healing practice and is suitable for everyone.
